Procedure

PC Table
  1. Sit the monitor in the correct position on the wooden table.  Use tech screws to attached down to the table.
  2. Print out a web page or screen capture of your choice that the children will like.  I chose the Barbie web page this time.  Printing to a laser printer is best as the colour from an ink-jet printer quickly fades in the sun.
  3. Laminate the print out.
  4. Sticky tape the laminated page to the front of the monitor.
  5. Position a keyboard, mouse, and other electronic devices on the table to simulate a PC.  I cut the cord off the keyboard.

Wall Fascinator
** Warning: Don't add fascinator toys that have small pieces that little ones may choke on.
  1. Paint the board a bright colour.
  2. Drill through the board on all four corners.
  3. Position the board against the wall where it is to be located.  You may need someone else to hold the board in place for you.  Ensure it is level.  Using a thin pencil mark the location of the four mounting holes onto the brickwork through the four corner holes.  Then place the board to the side.
  4. Using a masonry drill bit, drill the four holes into the brick work.  Avoid drilling into mortar (the cement between the bricks) as this is weak and may not hold the wall anchor.
  5. Insert the nylon nail wall anchor through the board and into the brick hole, then hammer in the nail.
  6. Attach your collection of fascinator toys by using a cordless drill to screw in screws that are long enough to go through the toy and partway into the board, but not out the other-side.
